I offer 1:1 sessions on line or in person. There are 3 packages, "Me", "Myself " and " I" - aswell as a single session.

I start by coaching you to get really clear on what it is you are truly wanting from the session, so you can create a very clear intention before we start the breathe, afterwhich I give you a demonstration explaining the breathing technique.

I will then do a grounding meditation, before I breathe you for around 30 to 45 mins depending on your state of being at the time. After the Breathe you will lie in Savasna, this simply means lying in stillness for around 5/10mins,  while you integrate the session.

When you are ready to come out of Savasna I will check in with you to monitor and see how you are while you share your  experiences and insights.  I will advise you on your after care and checkin with you via email the next day.  

The sessions last for approximately 90min.

Monthly Workshops

I run 90 mins in person Conscious Connected Breathing Journeys.  I teach the technique with Intention setting for the group to breathe to. This is advertised a month before on Facebook and Instagram with the Location, Time and Date for bookings.

One off collaboration events are advertised on Facebook and Instagram in plenty of time!

I run 6 weeks online courses through out the year and run weekly on line evening sessions on a Wednesday night which massively supports people along their journey to keep their practice going.
