Hi Maria,

Hope you're well. I've been reflecting the past couple of days on the last 6 months. I have felt more in tune with myself in terms of identifying feelings and doing what’s right for me. The regular practice has given me an intention to focus on, which in turn has helped me feel motivated, be more positive and push myself in my running and I suppose general belief in myself to do the next right thing. I’m trusting myself to make good decisions and also feeling more content and confident day to day, It’s led me into other practices that I’ve not really delved into before such trying meditation and gratitude sessions, and I now tell myself positive affirmations like the ones in your sessions. I’m recognising when I’m stressed or anxious and feeling more patient. I’m feeling more connected spiritually and with the nature and have started believing in signs. I’ve had different experiences and sensations with each session but something good is happening. I’m sure I’m sleeping better too. I’ve started doing a bit more on my own now but would like to make more time for this in the new year. I’m so pleased to have met you. You are part of my growth and healing pathway and it was meant to be. Thank you. ๐Ÿ™
